These 7 yummy things makes a great potato salad. But don&#8217;t eat it that often because it is very high in calories and the egg yolks aren&#8217;t so good for your arteries. But it&#8217;s great for a special event.<\/b><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn1.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSKhPxrHEeh1U6ozwmGZEMtjpNe5Oy6U9D7RbbtSE-c3t-Qa99IqQ\" \/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.obsessivecoupondisorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/french.jpg\" \/><br \/>I like to use either red, new potatoes, or Yukon Gold potatoes. Both just seem creamier to me.<\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_1ece_1s4bkU\/TCOMwkZNMyI\/AAAAAAAAJCA\/iPhpAZ0VH7Q\/s400\/bacon.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">And of course bacon makes everything a little bit better, now doesn&#8217;t it?&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>If I use the red, new potatoes, I don&#8217;t peel off the skins, ever. But sometimes I do with the Yukon Gold, if I&#8217;m not feeling too lazy. <span style=\"color: blue; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><b>(or if I can get the hubs to peel potatoes for me I&#8217;ll do it every time!) haha.&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Potato Salad Ingredients List:<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">13 to 15 small and medium potatoes cut up into bite size chunks so it fills a big salad bowl<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">7 eggs (boiled with the potatoes, then chopped up)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">1 1\/4 cups of good quality mayo (Best Foods or Hellmans)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">3 Tablespoons regular French&#8217;s Mustard<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">4-5 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">3-4 stalks of celery finely sliced (I like that bit of crunch)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\">5-7 shakes (to taste) of Salad Seasoning (about 2 teaspoons)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>Seasoning salt and pepper if you need more flavor. Mix the cooled potatoes in with all the other ingredients and add seasonings.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Top with a few shakes of parsley flakes.
