I got it from a friend, who got it from a caterer, who was serving it at a wedding reception.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <b><span style=\"color: blue; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&nbsp; CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPES AND ALMONDS<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"color: blue; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;\"><b>Recipe from my neighbor Maryann&#8217;s caterer&#8230;..<\/b><\/span><br \/><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">2 1\/2 cups cubed, cooked, white chicken breast meat<\/span><\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b style=\"background-color: white;\"><span>3\/4 cup &nbsp;slivered almonds<\/span><br \/><span>1 cup sliced celery<\/span><br \/><span>1 1\/4 cups seedless red grapes, sliced in half<\/span><br \/><span>3\/4 to 1 cup Hellmans or Best Foods mayonnaise (depending upon your preference)<\/span><br \/>Oneida seasoning salt to taste<br \/>A few shakes of Pepper to taste<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-98wN1voGqUo\/T6a1PMLhMmI\/AAAAAAAAKpI\/iz0PCjsEti4\/s1600\/school+stuff+028.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-98wN1voGqUo\/T6a1PMLhMmI\/AAAAAAAAKpI\/iz0PCjsEti4\/s400\/school+stuff+028.JPG\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Chicken salad on a Jimmy John&#8217;s white roll cut in half&#8230;.yummy!&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;It is a simple chicken salad recipe.It is a great summer sandwich recipe and it is fresh and low calorie.<span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;I&#8217;ve used it at 2 of my kids&#8217; wedding receptions. It was so easy and the chicken salad went a long way.<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: small;\"> It is also great on mini croissant rolls.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>I start with white chicken meat and dice it up into chunks. &nbsp;You can use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store too. Or just white meat breasts boiled or broiled, cooled and chunked. &nbsp;Add mayo and then add finely chopped celery, red grapes sliced in half and SLICED almonds. I buy them for 50 cents day old at the shop, and go home, cut them in half, and put them in freezer bags.
